Wonderful, I was lucky enough to stay in this splendid hotel; in my opinion, it is a 5-star! I was escaping from a nonexistent 4-star. And thank goodness that in the midst of the misadventure, my vacation took a beautiful turn! The receptionists, exquisite, understanding, with immense hearts, immediately welcomed and reassured me. Clean, spacious, comfortable, and super-equipped rooms; they gave me a room with a view of the harbor! A wonder. The food, the breakfast, the dinner, everything exquisite and taken care of in every detail. I want to thank everyone, everyone! The room smelled of mold, the bathroom had a broken fan and no window, and the room had no mosquito net. Broken chairs; the only good thing is the services.

Always the best!!!! excellent food!!! all the dining room staff are fantastic. Rooms always clean and tidy. A piece of advice: more attention to the common areas and pools. I hope to return!!!
