My husband and I enjoyed a 12-day honeymoon at Il Grifo Charme Hotel & Spa. We were met with kind and attentive staff, an incredible view from our room, delicious food, and a top-notch spa. We very much appreciated the complimentary pick-up when we arrived on the island, and communicating with the hotel staff was easy and convenient through Whatsapp. The hotel felt private and quiet. Although there were many guests when we were there, we never felt it was overcrowded. There was plenty of room to relax by (and in) the pool and at the spa. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces, and made good use of the Grifo-mobile mini bus that conveniently made regular (or upon request) drop offs and pick-ups downtown. The restaurant served delicious food throughout the day, and had special rotating menus for dinner throughout the week. We can't thank Marika, Enzo, Alberto, Michele, and the rest of the staff enough for making our so special and memorable. Your knowledge of the island and care for your guests is extraordinary. We dream of returning!!

From Summer to Christmas............ notes of past travel!

Very well.................. it’s Christmas.... and then make a review, thoughts, flashbacks on something that happened about 6 months ago’..... (something that as far as we are concerned, has been repeated for 12 years)........... it seems strange, but doing it hot are all capable... The Grifo Hotel is that place, the island of Ischia is that magical place, where you wait 1 year to go and spend a few days like a boon, where you really disconnect with the routine, with the daily. Alberto & Carmela have created the safe haven, the perfect den.... thanks to the staff everything, that compared to the past and the common way of doing, I do not want to name individually, because 'would be like making the names of real friends you really love, but real friends know............. Ideal location for everything, food, relaxation, services, the wonderful view, pampered and cared for, but always with the utmost discretion..... but you know that for anything there is a series of people ready to fulfill your wishes, from the stupidest, from the whim.... to the most serious and indispensable. The Grifo Hotel and Ischia, the perfect and elegant combination that can exist. Thanks for being there, and for now.... Merry Christmasee!! see you soon😉😃💪😍 Danilo&Anna

Great choice for our stay with a couple of friends. Since telephone contact with the owner maximum availability and courtesy, but we go in order. We chose the room in the annex that is actually in the structure, convenient for location is very quiet, the rooms are well soundproofed. Reception smiling and ready for any request Marika and Michele thank you! The kitchen with chef Pasquale amazed us for excellent food prepared with care, wide choice even off the menu without any difficulty, the "jolly" is Mr. Enzo at the tables as maitre d', cultured and witty, never out of line ready to suggest and advise. The superb breakfast, with a wide choice for vegetarians and lovers of wholemeal cuisine but also for the gluttonous (superb caprese cake and ricotta and pear cake). The SPA included in the stay fully satisfied us as well as the Shuttle Service that accompanied us even out of the area and out of hours. General excellent attention to cleanliness. What about it? We have no suggestions because everything was perfect, it will be a pleasure to return Alessandra and Alfredo
