Sea, sun, thermal waters and great food all in one hotel, that's Le Querce Resort Sea Thermae & Spa.

Wellness and the sea

Every morning, you can choose between relaxing by the panoramic pool or heading down to the Spiaggia di Cafiero, the hotel's private beach tucked into the Mediterranean scrub, reached by a staircase and complete with a sea platform.

For thermal treatments, the Nefertiti Thermal Wellness Centre draws on a natural spring reaching up to 70°C to feed the indoor thermal pool. The spa also includes a Kneipp path, hot tub, Turkish bath, aromatic and emotional showers, mud treatments and aesthetic therapies. The hotel is SSL-certified for thermal therapies.

Rooms with a view

The resort's 62 rooms, across Classic, Classic Sea View, Superior, Deluxe and Junior Suite categories, are spread across multiple levels and most have a private balcony or terrace overlooking the sea, with views stretching across the Gulf of Naples to Procida, Vivara and Vesuvius.

For a private terrace with views across the Gulf, book a Junior Suite.

Dining

The Ristorante Pulcinella, in the main building, serves Ischian and Neapolitan cuisine, fresh fish, local recipes and international dishes, with dedicated menus for coeliacs and vegetarians. Poolside, the Terrazza Cafiero works as a snack bar at lunch and transitions into a full dinner service in the evening, with an open kitchen and Mediterranean specialities. The Bar Le Rose lounge offers the same panoramic views over the Gulf.

Events

The Centro Congressi Aragonese accommodates between 10 and 120 guests in a naturally lit, versatile space. The hotel also organises wedding receptions and banquets.

Elegant seafront hotel. Great view, plentiful and varied breakfast.

It is a nice, elegant, multi-story seafront hotel located not far from the hydrofoil terminal in Ischia Porto. The rooms are lovely and well-appointed, featuring a magnificent sea view. It is truly delightful to step out onto the room balcony, featuring a large glass door, and enjoy the sunset. The view from the poolside restaurant is equally charming, especially during the day at breakfast or lunch. Breakfast is plentiful and includes a special section dedicated to Neapolitan pastries. The hotel also features an indoor pool as well as spa and fitness facilities. It has its own private sun deck with lounge chairs and direct access to the sea. However, getting there requires going up and down a small staircase with many steps, which is perhaps the only downside. We had a wonderful stay. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Beautiful view of the island, cleanliness is questionable.

My fiancé and I stayed here and paid premium pricing for the full ocean front room. The view was insanely beautiful and the staff was friendly but our room was not clean in the slightest. There was hair in the sheets, all over the ground, and in the shower. Our shower also had bugs in it as well as mucus from the previous guests (I guess?). We requested for them to change our sheets and they kindly agreed which was great! However, we also noticed ants crawling all over our room. Within 30 minutes of us checking in, we had to smash 15+ ants. Some even ending up in our sheets. When we told the staff about the ants, we were told “it’s normal” and that it’s because we are close to the garden. I asked to switch rooms that evening and was told they’d look if would be possible but was never told anything. The next morning, I woke up to find more ants in our bed and immediately went to the front desk demanding to switch rooms. They kindly agreed and were very helpful changing our luggage over into our new room! However, at this point ants had already gotten into our luggage and so we began to find them in the new room. We also noticed ants coming in through the balcony as well in this new room. The cleanliness of the new room remained the same with hair in the shower and bugs. I know we were staying on an island so bugs should be expected but sleeping with them in our sheets when we pay premium pricing should not be normal. Safe to say that we felt disgusting the whole time we were there between the random hairs and the bugs everywhere. I did appreciate the room switch and the upgrade they gave us and the staff was very kind. However, the cleanliness could use some significant work. My fiancé and I have since left and are visiting a different city and are continuing to find ants in our luggage. The views of the hotel and the location is truly perfect! The staff is great and the breakfast they offer is wonderful. I just wish we didn’t feel disgusted every time we had go to sleep or shower.

The owner, Mrs. Lina, is a delightful and very nice person. Attentive to every guest with rare kindness. Fantastic management that makes you feel at home right away. All the staff are kind, helpful, and well-prepared. I will definitely return and I recommend it to everyone!

From the port of Ischia a little road winds its way up the green hill overlooking the sea. Here, amidst what have to be the island's most luxurious villas, you'll find Le Querce Resort Sea Thermae & Spa. The sea, the historic center and the Aragon Castle are all just a few minutes away.

From the hotel's sun-drenched terraces, beautiful views of nearby Procida and the islet of Vivara can be seen. In the distance, it's easy to identify Pozzuoli, Campi Flegrei, Naples and the imposing profile of Vesuvius.

Ferries and hydrofoils sail from Naples to Ischia regularly. In the summer, boats sail between Ischia and Capri, Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi too.
