Super positive experience. Cleanliness, kindness, availability. The only downside is perhaps that the evening appetizer table was not replenished after the rush of diners at 7:30 PM.

A wonderful stay — excellent service and a very special experience. We had a tremendous stay at the hotel. The whole place felt incredibly well run, with a level of service that was consistently excellent throughout our visit. A particular highlight was the massage centre, which was outstanding. It was professionally run, calm, welcoming, and there was no sense of overselling treatments. Everything we booked was excellent, but Miriam in particular deserves special mention. My mother, her partner and I all had treatments with her and thought she was absolutely first class. In the bar we also really appreciated Vincenzo, who was excellent throughout our stay. He seems like a real institution at the hotel and added a lot to the atmosphere. Overall, this was a very memorable and beautifully managed stay. Thank you to the whole team for making it such a special holiday.

Wonderful hotel and the most friendly staff. The grounds were beautiful and the food was delicous. It was totally serene, we will be back. Special thanks to Mr Vicenzo, Luigi, and Pasquale for accomodating our group.
