Lovely stay

We had a wonderful 2 week stay at the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is excellent, you will not go hungry here! The hotel is very clean and well maintained. We loved the gardens and the turtles! The spa and massage are excellent. The island is easy to get around, buses are clean, frequent and cheap, there is a bus stop and a small shop at the top of the hotel driveway. We would recommend and stay again.

The most beautiful hotel experience in many years! Fantastic location, magnificent staff! But beware: Only for lovers and connoisseurs of Italian grandeur. A journey back in time to the 50s and 60s, liveried waiters who lovingly look after guests, fantastic food is mandatory, regardless of whether for breakfast, at the club for lunch, or in the evening (which we did not test). Reason: We want to have our dinner outdoors. Alternative: Only breakfast and seafood all week in one of the great restaurants on the beach: Traditional but very Italian! The price level is acceptable, as long as you don't need a sea view, classic Italian rooms, wonderful for me, whoever is looking for the latest trend should go somewhere else. Professional SPA with everything that gets the body back in shape. Dreamy beach club right at the hotel. Pool or sea? Your Choice. For me, a magnificent hotel discovery! I am definitely going back next September!

Spa at Hotel Parco Smeraldo – Highly Recommended! My experience at the spa was truly outstanding. The massage with Giacomo was exceptional: deeply relaxing, highly professional, and simply the best remedy for stress‑induced pain. The area below the pool was always spotless thanks to Lucia, whose kindness and dedication add a comforting sense of calm to the whole atmosphere. Hotel Parco Smeraldo is the perfect place to unwind, feel pampered, and recharge. From the very first moment, the service feels warm, attentive, and wonderfully personal — as if everyone genuinely cares about your well‑being. The beach is beautiful, and the great snorkeling adds a touch of joy and discovery to every stay. Whenever life and work become overwhelming, I return — and Hotel Parco Smeraldo & Spa welcomes me back with the same warmth every single time. It never disappoints.

A charming classic Italian resort, exuded a sense of nostalgia. The staff, though new to American tourism, demonstrated exceptional professionalism and kindness, overcoming the language barrier with grace. Despite extending our trip, which impacted transportation and spa appointments, they remained accommodating. The hotel’s ambiance transported us back in time, evoking the essence of a quintessential Italian resort. Our spa treatments were enjoyable and reasonably priced, while the breakfast buffet restaurant offered a diverse array of food options for quick bites. On our first night, we dined at the hotel, despite arriving underdressed due to a suitcase mishap. While the hotel’s historic charm is undeniable, it could benefit from more attention to detail in cleaning grout and other small details. However, the rooms were clean, and daily service was impeccable. During our check-in, we requested a larger room, which was promptly accommodated. The resort itself is classic, but it’s not conveniently located near tourist attractions. If you’re seeking an active vacation, this might not be the ideal choice. However, it’s an excellent destination for relaxation. The hotel’s transportation services were also commendable. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and believe it would be an ideal place for a family getaway. Just be mindful that the location is a bit more remote.
