HOTEL SAN GIORGIO TERME – ISCHIA A testament of affection, gratitude, and some constructive reflection I have been frequenting Hotel San Giorgio Terme for several years. It has become a place for me to find tranquility, well-being, and serenity. I usually travel alone: the vacation is a moment to dedicate to myself and to spa treatments, far from the hectic rhythms of daily life in a city like Rome. The secluded setting of Maronti is ideal for finding peace. Another reason why I return is the impeccable cleanliness, in my opinion one of the hotel's strengths. PINA: PROFESSIONALISM AND EXTRAORDINARY HUMANITY My first and most heartfelt recognition goes to Pina, who has worked for many years in the thermal pool area. She is a tireless woman, a great worker, always attentive and helpful. She knows how to make every person feel welcomed, considered, and respected; she carefully prepares what is needed, anticipates needs, and responds with kindness to every request. I have seen these attentions directed not only to me, a regular customer, but to all the guests. She is not just an excellent collaborator: she is a great woman, endowed with profound humanity, a precious asset that deserves to be recognized and valued. TINA: DELICACY AND PROFESSIONALISM A sincere recognition also goes to Tina, who takes care of the thermal mud treatments. From the preparation and application of the mud to the subsequent rest phase, she accompanies the guest with attention, discretion, and delicacy. She respects everyone's time and creates the conditions to truly relax. Her presence conveys serenity and trust: a professional who deserves esteem and gratitude. LUIGI AND DINO: THE VALUE OF HOSPITALITY I thank Luigi and Dino, from the bar service: two special people, always available, attentive, and courteous. They combine professionalism with authentic kindness and human qualities that make a difference in the guests' stay. THE RECEPTION Over the years, I have appreciated Mr. Enzo for his smile, cordiality, and ability to make every client feel welcome. This year I noticed his absence and perceived a different kind of welcome. Competence is fundamental, but it should always be accompanied by human warmth: hospitality is not just efficiency, it is also the pleasure of welcoming. A LOOK AT THE FUTURE Having frequented the hotel for years, I have had the impression that the atmosphere is less serene and harmonious today compared to the past. It is a personal perception, which I share in a constructive spirit. I believe that the San Giorgio would benefit from a renovation of some environments, services, and organizational methods, without necessarily undertaking major renovations. Tradition is a value, but it must know how to accompany itself with innovation. It is equally important to value the staff: those who work in a serene and motivating climate can offer an even better welcome. I would prefer to share some more specific observations directly with the ownership. A SINCERE WISH This year I had to interrupt my stay after only two days due to a sudden health problem. My affection for this place, however, remains unchanged. A hotel can boast a privileged location, well-kept environments, and quality services, but its greatest asset always remains the human one. It is the people, with their dedication, their smile, and their sensitivity, who transform a simple stay into a precious memory. I wish for the San Giorgio to safeguard and value this asset, continuing to improve itself without losing its identity. With esteem, gratitude, and a sincere constructive spirit.

We have been coming to the beautiful island of Ischia for 8 years, but for 4 years now our favorite place has been the Hotel San Giorgio Terme. From the moment we arrive, we feel pampered and welcomed like in a big family; the competence and professionalism of the reception staff emerge immediately, friendly and ready to fulfill any request. The hotel boasts a very panoramic and evocative location, you can enjoy a wonderful sea view, and the services it offers make the stay pleasant and relaxing. The rooms are very clean and well-furnished. Here you experience relaxation but also great well-being, as you can take advantage of the thermal center managed impeccably by Miriam; the lady in charge of the mud treatments is also perfect. A special round of applause to the kitchen and dining room staff led by the very talented Giorgio; the waiters are very professional and attentive, they know how to pamper you and make you feel at home. There is no lack of entertainment either; the evenings become pleasant with the beautiful live voice of Valerio Sgarra. As always for many years now, we come to San Giorgio, excellent in everything, an enchanting place, and as usual, for us who like thermal pools that are always clean and Ms. Pina who is attentive to everything, we had a great time once again, an excellent vacation.

This year I returned to the Hotel S. Giorgio again!!! It has been a long time since I have been waiting for September to spend a vacation of true relaxation in this hotel which has become special to me! A wonderful location overlooking the beautiful bay of Maronti, where kindness and hospitality push me to return every year! Everything is always pleasant, from the restaurant with the very nice waiters, to the bar where Luigi is always ready to satisfy every request. But it is at the thermal pool that I find maximum comfort every time thanks to the attention of Mrs. Pina, who, with her grace and professionalism, made my vacation perfect; precise and helpful with everyone, Mrs. Pina is truly a precious resource for the S.
