Miramare Sea Resort & Spa di Ischia has a history dating back to when the tiny fishing hamlet of Sant’Angelo was only accessible via sea. A local fisherman built a terrace restaurant with a few guest rooms overlooking the Bay of Maronti, and today that humble spot is a comfortable resort with more than 50 rooms facing the Mediterranean, popular with island visitors for its views and modern comforts.

More Than Just a Hotel

Miramare Resort is a self-contained resort, including the Hotel Miramare guest rooms to one side, the Apollon Club with four villas surrounded by gardens and facing the Bay of Maronti on the other, and La Villa, an independent island holiday home with access to the resort services. No matter what your size group and travel style, there's the perfect option for your vacation!

Dive off the Cliffs

The Scoglio Miramare' is a platform made of volcanic rock, easily reached from Hotel Miramare via a flight of stairs from the panoramic terrace. This tiny slice of paradise overlooking Capri is furnished with beach chairs and sun beds, and guests can dive directly off the rocks for a swim in the crystalline water from first thing in the morning to sunset.

Ischia is all about beaches, and the Resort offers a private beach for guests, kitted out with umbrellas and loungers and with the beach bar and Apollon Club restaurant always at the ready for meals, snacks, and drinks.

Ristorante il Mare is the other restaurant at Miramare Resort, featuring excellent ingredients and elegant dishes inspired by island and Mediterranean classics. The menu is based on seasonal specialties, and recipes combine tradition with modernity in both flavor and presentation.

During your holiday on Ischia, find time to dedicate to activities like snorkeling, canoeing, and tennis on the court set just above the sea. A Super Stay in Sant'Angelo

From the moment we arrived to the second we left, we had a wonderful stay at Miramare! We were greeted on arrival by a lovely lady, taken to the terrace and provided with water as we were checked in. Everything was fully explained to us about the hotel facilities and also the thermal pools at the sister hotel which is a short walk away. The room was beautiful - bright, spotless and with a gorgeous view over the sea. The balcony was great for watching all the boats in the bay! All staff were very warm, friendly, helpful and attentive. They are a real credit to the business. Fresh towels were provided each day and our room was always made up to a good standard. The food at the restaurant was excellent. The terrace area was great for relaxing with drinks after dinner - Genaro makes some absolutely knock-out cocktails! It was also a great space to relax in after breakfast. The hotel is in a great location and is close to the harbour, restaurants, bars and shops. We travelled through TUI and I recommend paying extra for private return transfers as it made travelling from and to Naples airport a breeze and we didn't have to cart our own luggage from and to our transfer drop-off/ pick-up point in Sant'Angelo. I thoroughly recommend Miramare Sea Resort and Spa if you plan on visiting Ischia and staying in beautiful Sant'Angelo. Thanks to all the staff at the hotel for such excellent service!

A beautiful island retreat

We have had the most wonderful stay at the Miramare Sea Resort. We were welcomed warmly by Marco the GM and after a a cold drink were taken to our beautiful room with stunning sea views. The hotel is immaculately clean, the staff are truly superb and they make you feel like nothing is too much trouble. The thermal garden located at the sister hotel is a short shuttle ride away. It is walkable for some but very hilly. It was so relaxing here and there is a restaurant and bar to order food and drinks. The food in the restaurant is nothing short of amazing. There is a set menu which changes every day and everything was so good. The seafood is a must. I also loved the hotels proximity to Sant Angelo with its pretty shops and restaurants. You feel like you are living in a dream. In short, we have nothing but positive things to say about this hotel. It has surpassed our expectations by miles. I booked it as a celebration of our 25th Wedding Anniversary and it hasn't dissapointed us in anyway. Thank you Marco, wonderful Mr Gennaro, Giuseppe and the rest of the team. It really has been a dream come true. I could not fault it!

Natura, terme, mare, buon cibo. Cosa chiedere di più da una vera vacanza? Ottimo rappoeto qualità prezzo, personale cordiale. Per noi ed i miei ragazzi un appuntamento annuale irrinunciabile

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia presso l Hotel Apollon Club di S.Angelo d' Ischia dal 9 al 19 agosto. Il rapporto qualità prezzo e' stato ottimo. La struttura nuova immersa nel " Parco termale Aphrodite" di alto livello meravigliosa e tutta presidiata. Pulizia 10 Terme: un percorso di relax, e rigenerante per la pelle che sembra un velluto. Cibo eccellente! Spiaggia: il mare verde smeraldo! Il Direttore responsabile di tutta l' organizzazione e' un vero manager presente competente e disponibilissimo! Personale garbatissimo e preparato. Panorama mozzafiato ed indimenticabile nell' incantevole Baia di S. Angelo. Che dirvi!... lo consiglio assolutamente. Una vacanza che ripetero' certamente vi garantisco che non si puo' dimenticare!
