Un soggiorno impeccabile, grazie al cuore e alla professionalità del Sig. Carlo Abbiamo trascorso un’esperienza meravigliosa al Bijoux Relais di Ischia, e gran parte del merito va al suo straordinario proprietario, il Sig. Carlo. Fin dal primo momento ci siamo sentiti accolti come ospiti speciali, grazie alla sua gentilezza autentica, educazione impeccabile e una cura attenta per ogni dettaglio. La struttura è curata con amore e riflette il gusto e l’eleganza che rendono il soggiorno confortevole e rilassante, ma è l’atmosfera che si respira — fatta di attenzioni sincere, sorrisi e disponibilità assoluta — a rendere questo B&B davvero unico. Il Sig. Carlo è sempre presente con discrezione e disponibilità, pronto a dare consigli preziosi sull’isola o semplicemente a farti sentire a casa. Una vera gemma nel cuore di Ischia, perfetta per chi cerca ospitalità vera e calore umano oltre a una sistemazione impeccabile. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

Vista stupenda, struttura molto accogliente. Si raggiunge in modo piu pratico in scooter viste le stradine molto strette. Vicino al porto, posizione ideale per andare in centro o per altre escursioni. Colazione abbondante. Consiglio.

Relais Bijoux è spettacolare, un posto unico nella sua bellezza… a renderlo ancor più prezioso è il titolare, Carlo, un perfetto padrone di casa, un vero Signore. Aver soggiornato qui ha reso il mio 30 esimo compleanno in un’esperienza indimenticabile. Grazie di cuore Carlo, sei un grande!

Der Besitzer „Carlos“ wollte unser Zimmer weitervermieten, weil wir dort die erste Nacht nicht übernachtet hatten. Statt das Zimmer zu stornieren und unser Geld zurückzugeben, setzte er uns unter Druck. Er hat das Zimmer, obwohl wir es bezahlt und eingecheckt haben weitervermietet. Er hat uns nur eine kleine Ausgleichszahlung gegeben und über 2/3 unseres Geldes behalten. Wir waren an 3 Tagen vor Ort. Die letzten 2 Nächte standen wir mit Baby und Frau auf der Straße ohne Unterkunft. Obwohl wir bezahlt und die Schlüssel hatten. Dort hat jemand anderes gewohnt. Er hatte das Zimmer einfach doppelt weitervermietet, um mehr Geld zu kassieren. Wir werden diese Angelegenheit unserem Anwalt geben. - Die Zimmer sind abgewohnt und die Möbel alt - Der Pool war dreckig - Es riecht in dem Zimmer modrig nach Schimmel Das einzige positive an dieser Unterkunft ist der Ausblick. Ich kann nur jedem abraten dort zu buchen. Es gibt viel bessere und schönere Alternativen auf Ischia.
