We had an absolutely incredible stay at this hotel in Ischia. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how beautiful the property was. Everything was impeccably maintained, spotless, and the atmosphere was both elegant and relaxing. What truly made this hotel exceptional, however, was the staff. Every single person we interacted with—from the hotel manager to the front desk team, concierge, and driver—was warm, professional, and genuinely committed to making our stay unforgettable. Their hospitality was outstanding. A very special thank you goes to Manuel, who welcomed us each morning at breakfast and also serves as the sommelier in the restaurant. Manuel is one of those rare people who leaves a lasting impression. He is genuinely kind, thoughtful, and always went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Whether he was recommending wines, making conversation, teaching us Italian, or simply checking in to ensure we were enjoying our stay, he did everything with such sincerity and warmth. Interacting with Manuel truly made our trip even more special, and we looked forward to seeing him every day. He even insured we had a meal made for us for our early plane ride home, and would pack special snacks when we were having a beach day. Thank you again Manuel! :) It’s the people who often make a destination memorable, and this hotel has assembled an exceptional team. We left feeling well cared for and already talking about when we can return. If you’re visiting Ischia, I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. It was a five-star experience in every sense.

I stayed at Palazzo Manzi with my husband at the end of June, we had been there 10 years ago, and incredibly it remained as wonderful as I remembered. It feels like taking a step back in time, when education, care, and attention towards the customer were the first rule of hospitality. There is something magical here that is not felt in other 5-star hotels, there is beauty… that timeless beauty, that elegance found in all the spaces of the palace, with furnishings attended to in every detail. I had wonderful breakfasts on the terrace and excellent lunches by the pool… not to mention the dinner, romantic and quiet with a garden view. Spectacular spa and pool. The strength of this palace lies in the attention that all the staff, truly everyone, from the reception to the waiters to the spa girls, gives to their guests; the staff is so welcoming and polite that it makes you feel completely at ease and they try in every way to accommodate every request. A special thanks goes to Francesco from the restaurant, who does this work with passion and dedication, coordinating everything impeccably while always staying in tune with the customer. We stayed in Ischia for almost a week at this magnificent hotel, and I highly recommend it. I must be honest, I have never found (despite my countless travels) a hotel more welcoming than this one. Ischia is wonderful; it is a beautiful island worth visiting, exploring with all its treasures and riches, BUT this hotel is the best because its modern structure, equipped with every comfort, its luxurious spa, bright rooms, warm hospitality, and its staff rich in grace, courtesy, and attentiveness make this place unique. I must thank the girls at the reception for resolving every little problem that arose (and, unfortunately, considering my discomfort due to particular health conditions, I encountered quite a few issues). BUT an even more heartfelt thanks goes to the breakfast/restaurant staff, who, with their professionalism, kindness, warmth, and friendliness, made me feel at home every morning, and with their desire to pamper me and satisfy every need or desire (and also with all those delicious local organic products), made this vacation a true gem. Thank you, everyone; I hold you in my heart, and keep up the great work! The final thank you, and a sincere hug, goes to Francesco, our driver, a special person who made our vacation memorable because Francesco is not just a driver; he is a person with a heart of gold who never says no, a friend who becomes unforgettable....
