Palazzo Manzi Terme & Spa

Built around the legendary Gurgitello spring, thermal waters known since ancient Roman times, Palazzo Manzi Terme & Spa is the historic home of wellness in Casamicciola Terme. The palazzo has been carefully restored, preserving its Mediterranean architecture with internal courtyards, Vietri ceramic tiles and Italian craft details throughout. Rooms and suites, across Classic, Superior, Premier, De Luxe and Suite categories, overlook the gardens or the internal courtyard.

Dining is handled by Ristorante Gli Ulivi, serving Ischian cuisine and local flavours, and the Ristorante Bouganville on the rooftop terrace, open during the day for light lunches, cocktails and snacks with views over the island.

At the centre of the property sits the Spa, spread across 1,600 sqm and fed directly by the Gurgitello spring. It includes an indoor thermal pool with hydrotherapy circuits, an outdoor rooftop pool at 28°C, sauna, Turkish bath, Roman Spa, nebulisers and a Zen room. Wellness programmes follow the Metodo Gurgitiello, personalised with an initial check-up and managed by a specialist team. A 24-hour fitness centre equipped with Technogym machines rounds off the wellness offering.

The hotel also has meeting rooms for up to 130 guests and organises a range of island experiences: Monte Epomeo tours, visits to the Giardini La Mortella, Ape tours, private boat excursions and wine tours of the Ischian vineyards.
