Currently, there are no restrictions for embarking on Capri. Departing passengers will have their temperatures checked and may have a rapid Covid-19 test taken at the port. In case of a positive test result or a temperature above 37.5 C, passengers will be barred from embarking.
We suggest booking ferry tickets in advance, as ferries are running on limited capacity.

From Ischia to Sorrento
Ferries run from Ischia to Sorrento from April through October.
There are two departures (morning and afternoon) from Ischia Porto to Sorrento.
Ferries to Sorrento depart from Ischia Porto, and the trip takes about an hour.
Can I take a day trip from Ischia to Sorrento?
Keep in mind that you will arrive in Sorrento at 11:30AM and the return ferry departs at 3:30PM, so you will only have time to take a stroll through the center of Sorrento and have a quick lunch. To get to the center of town from the port, climb the long flight of stairs to Piazza Tasso (100 steps) or take the bus or elevator.
